Winning Workplaces analyzes this data to understand
measurable best practices and the critical qualitative and cultural elements. We compare those organizations identified as Top Small Workplaces against the pool of applicants. The resulting Benchmarking Report tracks emerging patterns in workplace practices and provides benchmarking data to help organizations see how they stack up against the leading organizations.
